“I was excited to get these shoes because of the eco-friendly materials. However, they didn't fit me around the heels - possibly because I need to wear inserts, which elevate my feet slightly. The shoe's heels were cut too low to support my feet. I was not able to get advice from a Hylo representative, or help regarding a problem with my account. Would have liked to talk to someone on the phone.”
