“Overall, I'm pretty happy with my Hylo Light trainers. I love the fact that you're reducing the whole-life impacts of your products on the environment. It's also a pretty good-looking shoe and fairly comfortable. However, there are a few very minor niggles that mean I have to knock off one star. Firstly, no matter how tightly I do them up, there is always a gap at the back of the ankle, which regularly lets in small stones when I walk. This issue seems to be pretty universal - you can clearly see it in a lot of your product shots. Secondly, I would prefer to have more structure and grip around the heel. And thirdly, the insole makes my feet sweat in hot weather more than a normal pair of trainers. It might help if you put some tiny perforations in the insole. But these are minor gripes and overall, I'm pretty pleased with them.”
