“Taken these for a few 5k runs now and they are super comfortable and so much lighter than my previous Nike pair! I cannot speak for their durability but I love their minimal design and packaging. I didn't feel guilty about buying something brand new as I know that Hylo carries such high regard for our planet. “As an everyday trainer I love these, they're stylish and really breathable. I'm also wholeheartedly behind the sustainability of this brand, proper biodegradable materials instead of a token bit if recycled plastic that other brands seem to do.
As a running shoe, however, there's a little bit more to be desired. The soles and impact protection are pretty decent. If you have any kind of gait issue however, no matter how slight, these may not work for you. There's no support at the back heel. Theres also no heel lock eyelet that you usually get on running shoes to help stop them slipping off, this would be a nice addition for future shoes. For normal gait and over short distances you'll probably be fine.”
