“I’ve been using H&G products since mid-2020. This collagen is excellent. It has improved my hair and nails. I’ve recommended it to friends and family who are also noticing improvements in their hair (less hair loss, stronger hair) and nails (more flexible, no longer peeling). I take it almost daily in fruit tea or soups which hides the mild taste.”

“Bovine collagen as helped relieve stiffness caused by psoriatic arthritis, it dissolves very easily into a cup of tea with no discernable flavour so very easy to fit into a morning routine.”
