“I have been taking this daily for a while now and can see the difference in my skin and I trust the products here at H&G as they are transparent about where their products are from etc. I use a lot of their products and can recommend this collagen. No taste and you can add to whatever you want - I add to my coffee. It's great quality unlike some products out there and worth trying for optimum health.”

“I’m always sceptical when something say a tasteless. I have this is an oat latte every morning and I honestly can’t taste it at all. Highly recommended.”

“Since using both the Marine and Bovine collagen, I have noticed a definite strengthening of my nails as they now no longer bend, split and peel. My hair appears fuller and I think shinier, although that may be wishful thinking. All in all, this is a product that I won't stop taking now.”

“I have this in my coffee in the morning I think the recommended amount is about 15g or more a day , I think it helps with my nail growth”

“I have been taking this for a year now and have noticed a massive difference in my hair and nails. I was losing a lot of hair and this has stopped and I have the thickness back. My nails are also stronger. I have it in my morning coffee and it is tasteless and odourless.”
