“I am 65 and started to take this for bone/joint health. However the effect on my gut health has been amazing, I have suffered from inflammatory bowel disease for half of my life and I have noticed a huge improvement, this has made such a difference to my life. I would highly recommend”

“I have been a collagen-taker for quite a long time now, switching to H&G as soon as it became available. [I take both the bovine and the marine collagen products.] I consistently get comments about how "young" my skin looks and have had a few people refuse to believe my actual age. Although that's not the only reason to take it, it does reflect on how good it is for your skin and also for your connective tissues. Highly Recommended!”
