“Have noticed lots of health benefits since taking this product for just over a year now. Nails very strong hair in good conditions and joints feel very relaxed especially after exercise All round a good powder. Highly recommend. I take mine in black coffee with MCT oil.”

“Fantastic product which I love! I was a bit dubious when I first started taking it but three months in I can see and feel the difference it makes; my nails are stronger, my skin is brighter and softer and my joints (especially my dodgy knee) is definitely more supple. Im not a coffee drinker so I have my two tbsp in hot water with fresh squeezed lemon every morning.”
