“Have really noticed a difference in my nails growing stronger and also my hair is in much better condition. Makes my coffee in the mornings really creamy but there is absolutely no taste to it. So good that it is on repeat order so I don't run out!”

“I just add water because I don't mind the flavour. As for the effectiveness I don't know yet, for me this is a long term project. I have osteoporosis and I'm hoping taking collagen peptides will help increase my bone density without having to resort to the unpleasant standard medication. If it improves my skin etc then that's a bonus!”
