“I have been taking 2 tablespoons of the bovine collagen in my coffee/shake/yoghurt for about 3 months now. I am 41 and have a very active job - I have noticed the pain in my joints subside, my gastro issues (soreness from reflux and inflammation) improve and everyone is commenting on my skin looking better! It's also helping me hit my protein goals without having so much dairy (like whey powder) which i find a bit bloating. I have tried lots of collagen powders but this is the only one I dont notice mixed into things and that has made such a marked improvement to my overall health.”
