“First Refurbished unit received set up correctly with the help of telephone chat with Humax Support. This item then developed a repetitive fault of shutting down intermittently for 10 - 15 seconds. Support quickly responded and the unit was replaced by their excellent same day replacement service. The item was set up satisfactorily and so far is operating correctly although it does take 30-35 seconds to boot up. Humax Support are excellent and extremely helpful. Thank you.”
