Latest HDMI update for this model had not been done on both new machines received on latest order. Both had to be send back for updated machines to be sent. Very poor service as told that update could not be done on new machines as they would be classed as seconds if opened at your end.

Easy to set up but only had it for 1 month and the whole thing crashed and needed to power it off. (screen was green but checked the cables etc and those were all fine) Powered it back up and couldn't access the recorded programs at all. TEN minutes later they were there again... A brand new Freeview recorder should not be crashing after 1 month which is worrying...

This machine has its problems. If the power is turned off, there is no access to recorded programmes after power is reconnected, until a new programmed recording is done. After that, all recorded progammes miraculously reappear. This is a terrible feature and I will not be buying another one.

Having used the above recorder for a few weeks, and now getting used to it, which we found to be a little different to our last model the T10. We are pleased with the purchase but one observation I would like to make is when switched on sometimes the light is blue and another time it is red. Having searched the manual for a reason, I can find no explanation as to why and I would appreciate an explanation.
