“Bought this unit after leaving Sky. Really pleased with. Easy to record, Android system works well and Chromecast allows me to watch Now TV. All in all a nice bit of kit.”
“Excellent product, does exactly what it says on the box. It takes a little getting used to after the last Humax recorder I had but once you get into its vibe it is straight forward. What I would like to have been able to do is create folders so I could place unrelated recording into it under a heading; I could do that on previous model so was disappointed I couldn't on this one. Nevertheless, an excellent machine.”
“There is no comparison between the Aura &the previous model. So far, my only complaint is that the subtitles have to be switched on every time you change programmes. Being deaf, my wife and I rely on subtitles, and it is inconvenient to have to switch them on every time.
This apart, I'm extremely pleased.”

think the remote could be better laid out especially the fast forward and reverse which should be completely level with the play pause button
when you are looking fo programs you have watched the how much you have viewed is in red but so is the highlight colour when you move over them
could do with a deleted folder as im sure i deleted the wrong program and have no way to get it back .”
“4* because no printed user manual is bundled with the product (and despite having its 2 predecessors for quite a few years) the controls, layout and many functions seem quite different. A printed manual would have been a great and essential asset to guide users through these changed and new functions. One particular annoying aspect is that a programme selected to be recorded in the future only had a fairly faint "R", in a circle, to indicate this - no big bright red blob to catch the eye when browsing through the on-screen guide! Still lots to explore but hesitant at times as, without a printed guide, fearful and unsure if I am going mess something up as I have more than few times.
Otherwise, can't seriously fault its performance and massive storage capacity so far!”
“I love this box, it's fast to react with a decent processor and has great features. My one bugbear is it doesn't have Netflix and it's not available to download the official version which is a shame.”
