“Overall a good recorder with plenty of functions and great reproduction BUT I, along with others, have a couple of huge 'moans'!
We are a Deaf family and use subtitles (closed captions) all the time. No subtitles means don't/can't watch!!
1.Whilst streaming a live TV programme on our phones via the Aura and WiFi there are NO SUBTITLES, rendering this really useful facility useless for us. A great shame.
2.The Freeview tuner refuses to find BBC4 HD!
Yes, we know there are ways of doing this manually but it's a pain.
The 8 year old LG TV in the spare room finds BBC4 HD with no trouble using the same aerial

“This machine is brilliant. Gone are the days of limited recording options. Here you can record 4 and watch a 5th. Access to apps are enormous but you will have to reload and sign in to each one. That takes time but it’s worth it. A little box but so much entertainment. Anne”
