“As a blind consumer, I bought this box thinking that the accessibility would make it easy for me to use. Boy was I wrong. In all honesty, it seemed as though this side of it had never even been tested before they were rolled out. Once the TalkBack was turned on, a lot of the functions then became impossible to use and then when it came to returning the box, don't get me started on the absolutely shocking level of customer service. Without doubt a company to be avoided.”
“A big improvement on my previous Humax Fox, especially in the enormous range of apps and streaming services accessible and especially the speed of internet response. Most things intuitive or easy to learn but some of the text displays are a bit small unless viewed on a large screen. One major disappointment is the absence of a skip function, which I found very convenient when cutting out the adverts on recorded content.”
