Comfortable handset which feels good and is easy to use.
Still getting used to recording, viewing and deleting, but so far is working very well with no missed recordings.
Padding option excellent.
Very quiet.
Not that keen on the tiny indicator light pointing below to the surface unit is sitting on; would have preferred it on the front, and made much easier to see.
Otherwise to date, been an excellent choice.”

1) Deleted all my recordings
2) On Demand Screen, sometimes fails to work, requiring full power cycle
3) Guide appear more transparent than normal, requireing full power cycle
So I think when it works is good, but it feels like there is quite a few software bugs, and the support from Humax seems patchly, I had a few emails with them by now they seem to ignore me..”
“Decided to update my older Humax box even though it was still in perfect working order.
This model has more features and once I figure out how to use them all, the chancers are I would give it 5 stars.
My previous model allowed me to move my recordings around and into folders, which was very useful, I can't seem to be able to do this with my new model”

Product easy to setup and has been fine so far.
Easy to use. No operational problems.
Some reviewers have mentioned some minor operational issues but I don’t agree with these and suspect its down to user errors not the product as is does do what some people have said it doesn’t !!”

“Nice product does what it says on the box and instruction book. Was disappointed when I discovered that switching it on with the remote control it also switched on/off my satellite receiver (same make) at the same time, very annoying. Can anything be done about it Mr Humax ?”
