the unit simply didn’t hold the programmes and humax direct sales were shocking … getting a refund was like pulling a bone from a lions teeth

Superb quality of finish and technology, nothing to complain about, though the installation process was a bit baffling at times, that was mitigated by the professional online assistance, so very pleased.

Does everything you want in a pvr, and great at recording three channels at once, but it's so slooow. Remember dialup internet? This will take you back.

This is my 2nd purchase of a Humax recorder. At first i was a bit sceptical about ordering this model, as it is refurbished but on arrival it looked brand new, and is a nice compact size. It has an easy to follow guide and is very simple to use. I am very happy with my purchase.Would definitely recommend. .

Very good value, in general works well. only one lock to date. Replaced a DTR-T1010 Newview which no longer could use ITV Hub. The FVP-500T is much quicker than the DTR-T1010. The only gripe is the position of the status LED; being on the front base is difficult to see.

This unit was to replace an old Huawei unit supplied by our ISP. The displays are clear and it's nice that the remote has dedicated buttons for several functions. Two shortcomings: 1. No Amazon Prime Video app 2. No forward / back skip buttons. The fast forward / back buttons are less convenient for skipping adverts.
