Superb that you can record up to 4 programs at once. The only negative I could state that the unit is sluggish at responding to command from the remote. This is the seventh ot eigth Humax I have purchased ( myself and friends) and this is the best.

Arrived very well packed and with all the accessories expected with a new product. It looked brand new and was easy to install and set up. Excellent product at a good price.

Very impressed. It all works very well. Only one gripe - Channel names in the guide are really small in strange fonts and difficult to read.

I have, and occasionally still have, issues with the programme guide filling. When the box is working properly it is excellent but this PG problem keeps raising it's ugly head occasionally, making it difficult to go ahead to plan your recordings. Ok

This little box of goodies was to replace my virgin TiVo box, so this is my comparison of the two Changing channels- the TiVo is much faster, the Humax has a little think before carrying out the task Pvr- again the TiVo has this licked, the Humax requires more button presses to set up series links and view recorded content etc. Both can record several simultaneous broadcasts Freeview extended options- the Humax and TiVo are very close both offer upgrading to pay channels. Video and audio- both are 1080p and Dolby digital capable In escesnce the TiVo is a better software package, but the Humax is free to own whereas the TiVo is a rented product and costs even for Freeview channels. I'm happy with the product, and still getting used to it, when connected to the internet, there's not much in it between TiVo and Humax, both seem to offer the same overall service to me
