“My first unit would break up on all channels except hd. I contacted support and it was suggested to reduce the signal strength with an attenuator as it was 99% but that had no effect. After much testing I discovered it was only tuner 1 that was faulty. Humax replaced the unit which is perfect. Very user friendly the only issuk”
“I have had this recorder for one month. It is OK but for the fact I cannot get My5 on it although other devices in the house can.
I have emailed Humax - no reply.
This is disappointing service from a cutting edge company.”
