Phone support is rapid when needed.
My only quibble is that it is not easy to see when it is on or off, as the indicator light for that is UNDERNEATH the front so you have to go over to it to see!!”
“Having owned a Humax box before i had high expectations of the new box but in reality, it is not as good as I had expected. The original box that i owned was pretty good but the newer model is quite slow in responding to instruction and on too many occasions it does not respond at all to commands. There is an annoying delay in changing channels to the point where i sometimes have to retry before the unit responds. All in all, i am dissapointed with the performance and would not be able to recommend this unit.”
“After working for a week or so without difficulty, the machine started to give all sorts of strange messages on start up. NOT CONNECTED is a regular attendant, and forgive me, I have not written them down but they often refer to network etc. Press another button (GUIDE or ON DEMAND and it starts behaving normally. No, I have not reported the fault to Humax yet.”
“Really pleased with my Humax it easy to use perfect picture and although it was supposed to be slightly used other than the original box not supplied it appears to be as new”
