“My Freeview Play Recorder was not working properly. When in live play the picture would freeze while the person would continue to talk. I have returned Recorder to Humax”

“Does what is expected - the response time from the controller is very slow and somewhat clunky. The handset is very large in comparison with other to hand. I note that the 'skip forward' during the replay of a recording is poorly implemented so it becomes quite an effort to 'skip' over advertising periods set in to programmes so the product loses stars on this aspect alone.
Pleased that I didn't pay full price - refurb quality is good for which I gave the supplier some credit.”
