“From the outset recorder kept freezing and Netflix App not working. Return arranged 22 December. Pick up arranged for 30 December but courier did not turn up. Pick up finally completed 4 January. Humax confirmed receipt on 13 January and that refund had been processed. Still waiting for refund to be paid. Humax suggesting delay caused by payment system problems. Customer support call handlers never able to give an update on refund progress. Promise to email back but never do. All in all a poor product, poor customer service and company has not fulfilled promise to refund purchase price. This company should be avoided!”
“All in all I am satisfied as I now have access to the catch-up hubs and can pause live TV. I have only two problems - VERY slow when it comes to "logging in" to things like iplayer , netflix and the catch-up hubs and sometimes when I want to select/watch a programme via the guide, it only allows me the option of recording the whole series but if I go back to the guide and then select that channel via the numeric pad - voila! it plays!? I would still recommend this product - just wish the on/off light was more visible!”

Requested a return authorisation which took 4 days to arrange and then they got the wrong address!
Eventually collected on 29th December (25 days and counting) and no refund and no communication to me from Humax at all.
Every time I contact them I am given false promises of phone calls and emails.
Nothing and you still have my money for a dead product paid for 16/12/21)

“Great value and superb picture. You do have to press more buttons to get anywhere compared to my old foxsat hdr, but I will no doubt get used to it. Mine was almost certainly brand new with just the sleeve missing from the box. For the price I would say unbeatable. For those moaning about not being able to skip through recordings you CAN! Try reading the manual! Mines set on 1 minute forward, 15 seconds backward.”
