“We tried to use this for a couple of weeks and finally unplugged it and put it in a cupboard. We have a JVC smart TV and found the humax incompatible.”

I like the remote, being able to turn on and off the tv, control the volume with the one remote.
I can’t step forward/backwards through my recordings. I have to fast forward/rewind which is a bit slow. I can live with it tho.
Once the box loaded up incorrectly and there was no sound at all on all channels. Loading the box up again brought the sound back. It hasn’t done it since.
The box sometimes makes a noise, it’s the internal hard drive vibrating, I hope this doesn’t lead to problems in the future.
I have been looking for a new Blu-ray player that looks as nice as the box. If you could add this feature into your future products I would be a customer.

But it is not as advertised. It boasts that it can access"YouTube". This is not the case. When selecting the "YouTube" all I get and it seems many other customers get are blank squares, however, on first purchasing "YouTube" was accessible, but not now. And this is puzzling as I can access "YouTube"with no problem on my cheap colour television.
I purchased this product to enable me to get "YouTube". Quite disappointing really.”
