“I bought this as an upgrade of a cheaper model I have had a couple of years. This unit is excellent and I highly recommend it.
My only criticism would be the on/off light indicator is not easy to see as it is underneath the unit at the front.”

Customer Service don`t want to know 5 emails and no reply tried phoning put on hold

“Great for recording TV programmes. Rubbish as a DLNA client. Wont even play most of my .mkv content on my Drobo NAS or even FLAC which my TV ( also a DLNA client ) will play.”
“The box wouldn’t pick up a signal no matter what aerial was used. Human customer help took over a month to reply to my initial email and thereafter have not resolved the issue. Not great so far - and I don’t hold out much hope.”
