“I love the Freeview Play Recorder but it just does not work as it should. Having set it up on 3 systems now with different AE it only gives a very poor output. Everything works on the player as it should but it seems to kill the power of the signal so only gives an intermittent picture. I spent a long time trying to improve it but it just does not work as it should. The signal is perfect and strong without the box but does not work with it, even with a booster added. I would be grateful if it could be repaired and returned to me working as it should. Looking forward to hearing from you.”
