“I've given this a 5star revue although there are some small niggles but nothing too serious, when setting the record function keep your eyes on what your doing because you could end up recording the same program more than once, apart from slow response to some commands there is nothing else, recommended good buy.”
“This unit arrived and never worked. A replacement power supply was suggested. But that did not arrive in the timescale promised. Eventually I ended up returning this unit. Very disappointed especially since my refund won’t be processed for fourteen days. Shame on you humax. Your website says to apply for a rma. You never get one until after the YY it is picked up. Humax are slow to pick up units but won’t allow you to send it back yourself. The website is confusing. The wait for customer service is long. The staff try but are so constrained by their script that they cannot help.”
“This item has failed totally now, it did need re-starting every couple of days to begin with but now i am waiting to see what Humax do about it, hope it is a better service than the 14 days i had to wait for them to send me the correct power supply after the wrong one was in the box, more fool me for buying reconditioned, i just hope they take the thing back & return my money”

Response times are a little slow sometimes.
Shame there is no one touch play button for a programme - if there are several recording for a series, you click the one you want, then click to play it, and if you have started watching it already you click to resume watching rather than start from the beginning.
The most annoying feature is that the automatically selected programme to play 'next' from a series, is the last one to have been recorded, not the earliest one - which to my mind would be the one most people would want to watch next.”
