Annoyingly, ordered this box online to receive their offer of "ORDER BEFORE 3PM AND GET FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY". So ordered this and when got to check out it showed a delivery charge. My husbans phoned on many occasions and hung on and was told twice that Customer Services would get back to me BUT after 2 further emails from me still waiting!! I know this was lockdown time but to receive no call or reply is just so rude.”
