“Nothing wrong with equipment, packing badly damaged so had to return. This is where the problems started, after nearly 3 weeks still no refund so am just about to approach my card company for help, buyer beware, good product poor customer support.”

“Everything works extremely well, although you now seem to have dropped the 'skip adverts' function that worked so well in you previous recorders. It has stopped working a couple of times, but a quick 'reboot' (switch off and then on again) soon sorts it out.
Once again a very good piece of kit, but what you left behind in your search for advancement should have been included.”
“Have had a Humax recorder for a number of years and it has always worked well. Went for the new model as it has easy 7 day catch up built into the guide function. It works really well and was very easy to set up.

“Bought this as an upgrade from my previous human box having had it several years. There is a delay on the new WiFi box it disconnects on a regular basis and is completely useless. I have reverted back to my previous box and feel I have wasted my money very disappointed. Bought direct and can’t contact to discuss. Should have bought from a local electrical store then I could have returned item.”
