“From start to finish been a nightmare
First one the sent out did not work kept turning off every couple of minutes
Had email saying they will exchange it’s so packed up faulty one and carrier exchanged it... guess what was missing remote and power supply was told I should have kept them as it stated in email..sent email back to them and it clearly said return all parts .. reported it about 5 times took weeks to get new ones sent out... to the point missed Christmas gift for my daughter... so I kept it as was loosing the will to live...now use in second room... only hdmi connections on the back work not video out or sound... Gave up trying to get it sorted.. be interesting if any one takes the time to contact me and sort it after this review...”
“The unit was packaged perfectly and appears exactly as a brand new item. Set-up is extremely easy and the connectivity options cover everything. The built in wifi works well for catch-up, so far no drop outs whatsoever; I expected to have to connect with a cable. There is a good selection of channels available, plenty of them HD with a really good menu system and so far it's been spot-on using my existing satellite feed. I just need to cancel my extortionate TV subscription now...

“Delivered quickly and looks brand new. I am very pleased with my “new” Humax HB-1100s, installation was simple and the epg is far better than my previous box, which I have had for a number of years, and is still working perfectly.
I bought this to use in my RV and having a 12v input is a bonus as we rarely use a mains hook up.
I can certainly recommend this receiver.”
“Loved the interface. It’s a lot better than that on my Sony Android tv. It also solved the Sony issue of having a Sat tuner, but no Freesat functionality.
The only downside is that it takes some time, about 40 seconds, to fully boot up.”
