“I already own a couple of Humax freesat boxes, with built in recording etc, but just wanted a simple one to serve a TV in a little used room which is then also feeding to a bedroom TV.
I saw the offer for this box and at the price decided it would be ideal. On unboxing, it was impossible to tell it wasn't brand new, all the accessories seemed pristine too, and it connected up in minutes and has worked fine since.

“I do not know what this refurbished receiver is like as i have not yet used it, but i hope it is better than the previous Brand new HB-1100s that i already have which has caused us so many problems that we have stopped using it and have reverted back to the very first Humax we purchased which is a lot more reliable machine.
The previous HB-1100s has a fault on the hard drive and although is still under warranty i am worried if i return to you, you will do a factory reset there fore losing all our recorded programmes that are on it. Regards Brenda J Facey”
“An excellent follow from Foxsat. I have been a fan of Humax products for many years and this generation deserves my loyalty. It’s very easy to set up, the user guide is simple to follow whilst the tuner is much better than previous models. The picture is also an improvement on previous releases. On Demand without the extra cost, but you can also add a HDD to record the programs you can’t access later.”
