“Didn't work had to send it back for replacment given wrong information and send remote and cable back with it so when it was swapped had no remote or cable for replacment had to phone again they said it was my fault as the email said but when they checked it was their fault as the email didn't say to keep remote and cable so sent back and got money back but also got a £15 phone bill by having to contact you and getting passed from pillow to post on the phone won't be dealing with you again”
“Well this item is very good I have used it with a couple of hdd,s and it works like a dream and I would probably go for another refurbished unit again if possible”
