“Machine arrived in good condition with good communication regarding delivery . However upon installing I realised than my sky dish was not compatable as it was a sky q dish .....or so I was told by the support team at humax . I was told I would not be able to use the receiver and would have to return . Not wishing to give up I googled the problem and found out I could by another LNB and installed it myself ....easy job and had full satellite channels .
My next gripe was the ITV player ... it would not let me sign in after countless attempts . I contacted itv and they said it was a problem that they were dealing with ......as of the time of writing this I still have no itv player which is very annoying .
So overall not impressed .”
