“Have waited for about a month before reviewing to see how it went. I love it. The interface is great, access to the online services including Netflix and Youtube pretty quickly too. All in one unit. Just hope it lasts as ling as my Humax Sat receiver which has been around 10 years. Only criticism I have is that I haven't been able to find a way of controlling the TV volume as opposed to the Box volume. So I have still have to have the TV control too hand. Otherwise when switching between Blu-Ray & Xbox the volume can jump considerably. A minor point though.”
“I have to say I’m disappointed in this product. The remote is annoyingly poor which make navigating through the menus frustratingly hard at times. It does do its job but it’s nowhere near as good as the humax freesat box I have downstairs.
I purchased the FVP-4000 box for upstairs because the freesat box I had downstairs is so good, but I’m disappointed .”
“As I've recently moved house I haven't used this product much, nor had internet for most of the time here, but so far I am very pleased with it. It looks brand new too. Only downside is the retuning, I noticed when doing it that it may lose your recordings, thankfully I don't plan on moving house again to have this happen. I would certainly consider buying a refurbished product from this site again. Well done.”
“So far my only complaint is the remote is very slow to respond and then when it does sometimes move twice i.e. once as you push a button then again as you release the button very annoying. The recorder its self is ok so far”
