Really good but have used only a few of its functions so far.

The 4 tuners are fine as many times at least one of them is not HD. And having connected a USB portable disk in NTSC format I can copy radio and non HD programmes to my PC. My main gripe is with the mobile app which has no search facility and cannot accept multi-episode recordings. Not as good as my Youview box app!

Bought this to replace a sagecom tv box that was rubbish. The FVP 400T is brilliant very easy to use and set up and has not failed a recording or crashed once. The built in wifi works very well and all the catch up streams no problem. We have recorded three programmes at once and no errors or loss of picture quality. All in all good product at a good price. two gripes though there is no info button on the remote so you have to press ok for info but if the program has started it takes you to that program when you only really want to know what its about which can be annoying and the second gripe is if you pay £139 for something it should have free delivery.

After setting up the unit I found it would not record any programs. The unit was exchanged twice but still I can not record anything. I have done three resets with each of the units but still not able to record any programs

I tried TWO refurbished boxes and neither would record programmes. Good job I had not recycled my old Humax box which was reconnected and is recording perfectly. Humax service was very efficient and I now have my money back. I shall not be ordering refurbished items in the future.

Tried two machines but disappointed with both could not record on timer or direct. The aftersales were very good I reported the problem first time it was replaced in two days second time asked for refund which I got in seven days.

Failed to work correctly straight out of the box. Had clearly not been tested properly prior to being offered for sale. Help desk tried to sort it out but the software glitch persisted. Returned for refund. Will not purchase a refurb again. Cannot trust that it will be properly tested.
