“Quite disappointed. Struggles with a number of channels saying the signal isn't strong enough, when my previous BT free view box was fine. HD channels are a struggle but even some SD channels are patchy. My BT box had no issues so presume the tuner isn't as good.”
“Acceptable at the price but could benefit from a 'weekday' option in the recording schedule as well as 'Daily' also the unit has frozen twice so far in a few weeks requiring unplugging.”

“The first box would not connect to Netflix. Support team asked me to do various checks including download of update software - none of which worked. Eventually they swapped box and this one connected to Netflix ONCE! Then loads more email instructions including - Take a film of pressing buttons to show malfunction, and take to another address to try a different internet! Then I discovered the 'recorder' would not play back (stating the format was not recognised). Finally, after many emails from support Humax which did not remedy problem, I demanded refund.and only after mentioning Consumer Act and contacting my Credit Card co. did Humax agree to a full refund. A very disappointing product, and the Support Service is the worst experience of customer service I have ever experienced.”
