“It worked very well in my home (already have two free/sat boxes from Humax), needed this one for the caravan. Idea is to pre-record and playback when there is nothing on TV. Unfortunately it would not play the recordings. Tried to reset to factory settings, that did not work. Contacted customer services and very efficiently organised a replacement. So if you have a problem they react quickly which is good not all suppliers do!”
“In general the unit functions well and the ergonomics in use are very good. The only problem is when recording HD stations the picture will occasional seize or reticulate over a small area. Most annoying.”

However I think some of the changes in the operating software are a retrograde step compared to the HDR-FOX T2 & 1800T Freeview+ models I have previously owned”
