“Lots of very good features but sometimes the type size is needlessly small and at the 'refurbished' price it is good value.
On the downside, the frequent inability to provide some future programme information is a complete pain ( all advice from Humax has been followed to no avail). Also, the 'On Demand' recommendations is very variable but not really needed Humax know about this but find it hard to admit it!) It can be a bit slow but you get used to this.
My 10 year old PVR had a failing hard drive and no 'series record' otherwise I wouldn't have moved on.”

“We had to go from a Freesat to a freeveiw unit all I can say is the Freesat gets 5 stars but the freeveiw box only 3 no were as good have had problems with channels cannot view all channels more than one program but freeveiw on tv is perfect”
“Had this a while now and it does what it says, although we do find it very slow to respond at times and the remote often takes several pushes of the buttons despite new batteries. Arrived in tip top condition and promptly, just wish it was more responsive / remote worked better and £27 for a replacement which may not help seems a little steep.”
