….my dad and I live on opposite sides of the country [Scotland] and I believe...as does my dad.... that it's time every tv sold has freesat built in, in the same way they all have freeview ~ freesat has so much more. It would be a disaster if freesat went bust . Come on Westminster, get your finger out. make it law to have both tuners !!!! My box is amazing.....thanks Humax Direct !!!

Sky had just put up my mothers direct debit from £40 to £70 per months, now having this amazing box she is very happy now paying £0 per month getting all the channels she requires inc HD channels. Thank you Keith Brooks

I plugged the box in on Wednesday but was unable to get it working. I emailed for support to which I had no response until I sent another on Friday. This response asked me if I had Sky Q to which I said yes. I’ve not heard anything back and it’s now Sunday.

Having read some of the mixed reviews on this HDR I had some reservations However it is easy to set up and use The programming and recording functions are simple and straightforward Access to on demand bbc and itv catch up easy ( after setting up online account) I don’t miss virgin box at all Overall I think this is an excellent system

This is a compact and functional device. It worked straight out of the box with no issues. The menus and options were initially unfamiliar but have become easy to use very quickly. The iOS app associated with the management of the box is very useful particularly with respect to management of recordings. All in all I consider it to have been a good purchase.

Overall this unit does what it should , just a few niggles - it's slower than a Sky box to start, the on screen text is quite small to see and the few timer recordings I've done so far have started after the programme has commenced missing the start(?) There are probably more positives once we've learnt how to navigate the remote/system

The unit is in “as new” condition. The unit isn’t as responsive as my old Sky+ box and we’re still trying to work out how best to use it. That is a minor issue when I consider how much money I’m saving every month.
