“This is my 5th HUMAX box and I am afraid to say that I believe the quality standards of the boxes have diminished. The first box (which I returned) had a fan problem and it’s replacement hangs up and is slow. When my current boxes fail I will find an alternative product. Such a shame.”
“I do have a problem, tonight I am recording 9pm ITV4 Licence to Kill and I wanted to watch BBC One 9pm Fake or Fortune and find that I cannot watch any other live broadcast. I get a message confirming I cannot watch any chosen live broadcast whilst recording. Why? What can I do to overcome this problem?”
“This is second purchase of this device, not because one has gone wrong but to provide my daughter with the same excellent service we get from our FreeSat box.
These are so simple to setup and use, just unplug the expensive subscription service (you know who) and replace it with the Humax, the cables are the same. Switch on the TV, switch on the Humax, answer the questions, most are just accept the default.
10 minutes max and off you go, no more subscriptions - Yay!”
