“The original box that was delivered had a fault, but with a single phone call this was rectified with a courier replacement the following day, good customer service the new unit works fine, great product.”
“Not too bad a piece of kit. Menus & interface a bit clunky & desperately needs more HD channels adding - which I'm sure must be in the planning. Catch up services & recorder all decent enough. Would recommend as an alternative to Virgin or Sky. Just a freeview box through a satellite dish really..”

“I had my original Humax Box for a number of years and it was great. Then for some reason it failed. I thought it was probably the Remote Control so I purchased a new one. Unfortunately not a genuine Humax....and still the Freesat Box didn’t work so biting the bullet I purchased a full replacement. On opening the box on delivery I tried the new Humax Remote and the old/original Humax Freesat Box worked. It was the remote. So not only did I have a new but faulty remote I also have a new Humax Freesat Box that I don’t really need. I cannot fault the service from Humax and I would quite happily recommend the Company.”
“Replaced a Technomate product (without HDD), excellent spec and well put together. Ability to record while watching another channel much appreciated by the Soap fan in house !!. Only problem discovered so far is a tendency every few days to respond slowly to the remote and then to ignore it completely until box is turned off and back on again, you would think it was running "Winslows" software. Still it's Unbeatable at the price.”
