“It arrived promptly and was easy to set up and get going. A little experimentation soon showed how to navigate the system and find all the features. I was very pleased with it until I tried to record a programme I was watching and then swop to another channel. The remote froze and nothing on screen would react to it. I couldn't turn off the humax box, even manually and had to resort to switching everything off at the wall and then starting again. The next time it happened, pressing the Stb button seemed to put things right, but on a subsequent occasion it made no difference. I imagine there must be a logical explanation for what I am doing to cause these problems ! But if I can't sort it out I will have to ring up and clarify whether it is user error, or whether there is something wrong with the box!”
“This is my second 1100s. The first one is so good that I bought a second so that I can use it in my motorhome and leave one at home to record series. Great now with internet and catch up TV. Very easy set up and programme guide.”
