“On the first day of using the box it locked up, powered down and the box is now fine.
One thing I have noticed is the noise from the hard drive, when situated on my wooden tv cabinet. I have since placed a glass mat with small rubber feet below the box which has reduced the noise. When the room is quiet (no tv on) I can hear a low droning noise when the box is recording. I have emailed your customer services twice but have had no reply.
Recording on the box I have no complaint as picture and sound quality is excellent.”
“Not for me, very slow and laggy. Prefer using my sky box to view TV. Prefer the set up and set out of sky box too just means we need to try to cope without pause and recording! But returned it for a refund. Also would switch off when changing channel but may have just been a fault with my individual Humax box but even if that didn't happen it wasn't for me!”
“As this is my Third Humax Sat recorder I was expecting a high standard. It is that. I only have a small obserbation. The changes to the info/programs pages is taking a little time for me to get to grips with the new format but I am sure it will prove to be better than the old one. Just needs time for an oldster like me to get up to date.”
