“Excellent piece of kit, only locked up on me one but an unplug and replug solved the problem. Humax customer service was excellent, ordered the wrong box, realised and called them they managed to cancel the first order and the the second (correct box) order arrived the next day, we’ll done Humax! This is the second time I have had one of their refurbished freesat boxes, the first box, a present 3 years ago for my Mom, is still working well and used every day.”
