“Works really, straight out of the box. Hooked up to broadband and can now receive iPlayer, YouTube and more. Although supposedly refurbished, it was in fact a “graded” machine and looks like new. Thanks.”
“Worked straight out of the box, easy to use, small neat unit and takes up very little space. Programme guide easy to use and navigate, series record also good.
I have no broadband,so limited to watch / record tv only. Minor irk is that boot up is a tad slow, also no function to manually delete recorded programmes.
All in all a good little unit, well done Humax.”
“I opened the box and the set was just as though it was brand new. The set up was very easy although this is my second Humax recorder. The wi fi was also easy, just popped in the internet sign on and away you go. Brilliant little box at great value - cheaper than bidding for a second hand one on ebay!”

It was my first satellite tuner. Great picture, nice to be able to return to the start of some programmes through the Internet connection, liked the Netflix and Iplayer Apps.

“I have had Humax products since the single tuner days. They have always been reliable and I have had no problems. There was nothing wrong with the one I replaced but it was about 5 years old and the new one is much smaller and works exactly the same. I wanted to keep the old box connected in order to watch the many recordings on it, but the zappers have the same code which causes problems. I had the same problem when I purchased a Humax Freeview box a couple of years ago, the zapper had a similar code and one interfered with the other, making them unusable together. My daughter now has it. It is only a minor problem that will not affect most people but it would be nice to have separate codes for Freesat and Freeview boxes from the same company”
