“Sadly this is the second unit that subtitles go too far in front of the speech by some distance. You have to rewind then play for it to go back but occasionally repeats this a number of times”
“My unit developed a fault whereby it was making a clicking noise like a laptop booting up whenever it was switched on. I contacted Humax who agreed to send me a replacement straightaway. I have since been informed that there are no units in stock so a replacement cannot be sent. I suspect Humax are waiting for a refurbished unit to come into stock which is open ended and does not satisfy the warranty promise and leaves me with an unsatisfactory product. Is it possible that the fault I have reported was the reason it became a refurbished unit in the first place.”
“Recorder was faulty. I emailed Humax detailing the fault. It took them 2 weeks and 2 reminders before I received any response. Ive now been promised a replacement. No indication when that will be arriving. Hopefully it will be ok.”
