“Clunky, slow, menus. Prone to lock up at times! (could be caused by pressing buttons to quickly.) Picture fantastic, All the Players work iPlayers 1tv ch4 & 5, Showcase etc. Pause and record live TV picture perfect. Have to check Series recordings are still enabled, it cancels them sometimes?”
“Whilst it has good facilities compaired to a sky plus box, it is let down by poor reception using the same satellite dish the sky box was using which we only had degradation of picture during very poor weather ,the humax seems to degrade even if a cloud appears on the horizon.”
“Ordered this product as my previous model HDR1000S went faulty with all recordings lost, errors when trying to access Netflix and the remote control had faulty buttons.
Regardless I like the brand and design so upgraded to a new one. Hopefully this will last longer. Miffed that I just missed a 10% discount!”
“EXCELLENT MACHINE DOES EVERYTHING AND MORE. HOWEVER, THE ONLY FAULT IS THAT IT DOES NOT LIST THE TAPED ITEMS IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER WHICH IS APPARENTLY BEING LOOKED INTO AND AN UP-DATE MAY BE ISSUED? BUT STILL VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE AND WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.”
