The only complaint I am very annoyed with is: When I purchased 24 March 2019, I used code FREESAT 10, this should have allowed me 10% OFF? This did not happen as I had to pay the full £199!

“Bought as an upgrade for an earlier model. Excellent box except for a couple of niggles.
I have a 2 year old Samsung TV which according to HUMAX is incompatible with the HDMI cable connecting the two.
The other problem I have is getting catch up. Although the box is connected to my network it repeatedly informs me that "Catch up is unavailable"
Can HUMAX sort these problems with a software upgrade please.”
