“I bought this unit for my elderly mother having owned/used one myself. There were some tuning issues but after some extremely helpful guidance from 'Bethan' (Humax Customer Support), I was able to manually tune it to receive all channels.
I have simplified the instructions to what my mother actually needs and she now finds it easy to use and is able to record to her hearts content.
