“The purchase went very smoothly, but I get a few niggly problems now and again. It doesn't always record 2 separate programmes and quite often I have to reset the machine as it changes the tv so I can't watch the channels or previous recordings.”

The advice and support from Humax helpdesk was excellent and the device was very easy to set up. Like most devices it takes a little while to explore and become familiar with its functions but after 4 weeks I am very pleased. I particularly like the way programme series are grouped in folders to access easily and the way it offers recordings in HD.
