Looks like new. 12 months warranty like new. One month from purchase and it's doing what it's supposed to. If the hard drive lasts like new then I'm happy!

Finally installed a few weeks ago(!) the machine appears to be working well. However I'm finding it more 'challenging' (ie 'fiddly') to delete recordings - 'Opt'/+yes etc then, if one of a series, having to do it again back in the list! (which seems widely spaced out?) But a much better 'Guide' than the old machine. So no serious complaints and it was excellent value, thanks. Alan

Hi. this was for a second home and due work required to relocate power point we have only just tried to use it last week. Unfortunately, although the picture and ease of use was good, we could get no sound. I don't know what the warrantee period is but we will not be back at the property to check it out again until July. So I would ask you to take note of theses comments in case we need to contact further to rectify the fault, can you suggest options for us to try ourselves

Have just upgraded from the 9300T and am generally pleased so this is the second one I have purchased, just a few small niggles though, but they should not put you off buying. It is really slow to warm up, around 30 seconds or more and it has frozen a couple of times and needed switching off at the mains. Also you can no longer fast forward audio recordings which is a real pain as more than 50% of what we record is radio programmes and it is good to be able to move forward and backwards quickly in the programme, there is a way to do it, but it is slow and not user friendly. Also deleting programmes on the 9300T was a doddle, when the programme was highlighted you just pressed the red button and clicked yes. Now you have to open a drop-down menu and go down to delete, which only takes a couple of seconds but is still a bit of a pain. But as I said, great piece of kit, don't let this put you off buying.

Worked perfectly, I haven't explored all its many features so I can't comment on everything. I especially like the 'search' function which allows you to look for your favourite programme without having to trawl through a complete week's schedule. It's also every useful to be able to transfer recorded programmes onto memory sticks or hard drives via the USB socket. Watching YouTube material on a large screen via the internet is a treat, I'm sure more internet features are to be had but this is the extent of my exploration so far. My only gripes are the very small text on programme synopses and 'information' pages. It's also not possible to watch a third programme whilst recording two others. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others if its specifications match your needs - shame about the small text though.

This is a great machine. Easy to use. Delete the channels you don't want. Picks up better signal than the television. I have bought 2 more for my Brother and Sister. Our lives revolves around the Humax now lol.
