It arrived loaded up with what seemed to be hundreds of films which the previous owner had
recorded. These should have been removed before being sent out.
The previous two I ordered (HDR-1800) were much better”
“I'm very happy with this buy. It's pretty easy to use and does a great job. Like almost all modern electronic products it suffers from being able to do too much. This necessarily makes it a bit complicated. What used to take one click, not takes two; two takes three. I'd like to have a recorder or a phone or a TV set that is very basic, with the option to add on extras if and as I want them. Humax, there's a market opportunity.”
“Item arrived unchecked and didn't work. Return started the day after and took almost three weeks to get refund. Terrible level of customer care. Two departments sending conflicting emails contradicting what the other had said. lost me returned item and sent courier to pick up item again even when they told me the pickup was a mistake and had been cancelled. I won't trouble Humax with my custom again. Shame as I've bought 4 Humax PVR's in the past but that was my last.”
“The Humax HDR-2000T is ok. Doesn't always record or misses a bit. Sometimes won't delete stuff I have watched. Not easy to use. Can't really compete with a subscription but will have to do.”
